Penn Station
Doran Construction is serving as general contractor for Penn Station, a five-story, 42-unit affordable housing development in Richfield, Minnesota. project is designed to meet SB2030 sustainability standards and includes one- through four-bedroom apartments, supportive housing units, and shared amenity spaces.
Avienda Apartments
Avienda Apartments is a 412-unit development in Chanhassen, Minnesota, and the largest multifamily project in Doran Companies’ history. Doran Construction is bringing the 11-acre community to life, including a two-acre central courtyard, resort-style pool, wellness facilities, and extensive indoor and outdoor recreation spaces.
Rone Apartments
Delivered in 2026, Rone Apartments is a 176-unit, 246,575-square-foot community in Plymouth, Minnesota, built by Doran Construction. The development features a second-floor pool and spa deck, fitness and wellness facilities, and entertainment spaces. Rone marks the first phase of a larger 352-unit residential development.
