Rone Apartments

Doran Companies redeveloped a former office site at the intersection of Fernbrook Lane North and Harbor Lane North in Plymouth, Minnesota, into a new multifamily community. The first phase, Rone Apartments, was completed in 2026 and includes 176 apartment homes across 246,575 square feet.

Rone offers a mix of studio, alcove, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, along with an extensive collection of amenities designed around wellness, connection and everyday living. Amenities include a robust fitness center and outdoor fitness lawn, wellness room with sauna and cold plunge, outdoor pool and spa, entertainment suite and patio, coworking spaces, clubroom, theater, game simulator and more.

Rone is the first of two residential buildings planned for the site, which will ultimately bring 352 apartment homes to the Plymouth community. The project reflects Doran’s integrated approach to development, design and construction and is managed by Doran’s in-house property management team, Whitecap Management.
