Rone Apartments

Doran Companies is redeveloping a former office site at the intersection of Fernbrook Lane North and Harbor Lane North in Plymouth, MN, into Rone Apartments, a two-building, 352-unit multifamily community. The phased project will feature 176 apartments per building, with phase 1 scheduled for delivery in late summer 2026.

This first phase spans 246,575 square feet and includes a mix of studio, alcove, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Future residents will enjoy various amenities, including an entertainment suite, clubhouse, fitness lawn, second-floor pool and activity lawn, and more.

Rone Apartments is a product of Doran’s integrated service model and will be managed by Doran’s in-house property management team, Whitecap Management.
