Doran Construction is serving as the general contractor for Penn Station, a five-story multifamily development located at the corner of 65th Street and Penn Avenue in Richfield, Minnesota. Upon completion, Penn Station will offer 42 high-quality apartment homes in one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts, serving households at 30 to 60 percent of the area median income (AMI).

Designed to meet SB2030 sustainability standards, the development will feature thoughtfully integrated amenities, including surface and below-grade parking, a community room, a business center, a fitness center, an indoor children’s play area, and dedicated supportive housing units. Penn Station is located near Southdale Center, Best Buy Headquarters, the Mall of America, and MSP International Airport, with convenient access to Highways 62 and 494.
