Avienda Apartments

Avienda Apartments is currently under construction near the intersection of Lyman Boulevard and Powers Boulevard in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Serving as the multifamily centerpiece of the larger 118-acre Avienda mixed-use development, the 412-unit, Class-A community represents the largest multifamily development in Doran Companies’ history.

Situated on an 11-acre site, Avienda Apartments will offer a mix of studio, alcove, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with select den layouts. Designed around a two-acre central courtyard, the community will feature a wellness-driven amenity package including fitness and recreation clubhouses, coworking spaces, a lounge café, sports court, wellness suite with sauna and cold plunge, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchens, gardens, and dual dog parks.

Doran Companies is constructing the project in partnership with Inland Development Partners, and Whitecap Management will oversee property management operations upon completion.
