Project Highlights
Marlow Apartments
Situated between Doran-developed Birke and Vale Apartments in Minnetonka, Marlow Apartments will transform a former office site into a 44-unit residential community. Designed to complement its neighbors, Marlow will feature enclosed parking, first-floor conveniences, and direct trail access to the scenic wetland it shares with Vale Apartments.
Fenwick Apartments
Located on the former Seven Points shopping center site in Uptown Minneapolis, Fenwick Apartments is a 228-unit community designed to introduce modern housing to a prominent urban location. The five-story design prioritizes wellness and connection through thoughtfully planned amenities, including a fitness center, wellness room, record room, and outdoor courtyard.
Juniper Apartments
Doran Architecture designed Minnetrista’s first multifamily project off Highway 7 and Kings Point Road. The 262,349-square-foot building offers 148 units, including alcoves, one, two and three-bedroom units, and a collection of wellness, athletic and social amenities. Completed in 2024, Juniper is managed by Whitecap Management.
