Marsh Run III

Marsh Run III Apartments is a four-story multifamily development located at 11800 Wayzata Boulevard in Minnetonka, Minnesota, between Doran-developed communities Birke Apartments and Vale Apartments. The 63,600-square-foot community will include 44 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, including dedicated affordable units that support the City’s goal of expanding high-quality, attainable housing options.

The redevelopment replaces an existing office building with modern housing designed to strengthen the surrounding residential corridor near Interstate 394 and Hopkins Crossroads. Residents will benefit from enclosed parking, first-floor conveniences, direct trail access to the scenic wetland shared with Vale Apartments, and improvements to the nearby bus stop area.

Doran Companies is leading construction in partnership with Inland Development Partners, and the community will be managed by Whitecap Management. Completion is anticipated in summer 2027.
