Seven Points

Doran is advancing the next phase of the Seven Points redevelopment, transforming Uptown’s iconic former Calhoun Square site at the corner of Hennepin Avenue and West 31st Street into a residential community that reflects the district’s future.

The new five-story, 183,967-square-foot development will feature 228 thoughtfully designed apartment homes, including affordable units. Planned amenities include coworking spaces, a secure courtyard with green space, and additional wellness-oriented features that support healthy, connected urban living. The project will also introduce improvements to the surrounding streetscape, creating a more welcoming and accessible environment in the heart of Uptown.

Doran is leading the development, design, and construction of the project, and Whitecap Management will oversee property operations upon completion. The apartments are scheduled for delivery in Fall 2027.
