Juniper Apartments
Juniper Apartments is a 148-unit, 262,349-square-foot multifamily development in Minnetrista, MN. Doran developed, designed, and constructed the project off Highway 7 and Kings Point Road. Completed in 2024, Juniper is managed by Whitecap Management.
Vale Apartments
Vale Apartments is a 197-unit, 320,000-square-foot Nordic-inspired luxury apartment community in Minnetonka, off Highway I-394 and Wayzata Boulevard. Developed, designed, and constructed by Doran, Vale offers a collection of alcoves and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for rent. Vale is currently under construction and is managed by Whitecap Management.
Savannah Self Storage
Doran is leading the development, third-party construction, and management of a premier Class-A self-storage facility in Savannah, Georgia. The three-story, 115,000-square-foot facility will feature nearly 800 units with state-of-the-art, climate-controlled storage solutions. Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in the summer of 2025.
