Carrick Tonka Bay is a 165,000-square-foot luxury multifamily development offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and two-story direct-entry townhomes near Lake Minnetonka in Tonka Bay. The building’s 86-unit design earned the Multifamily Low-Rise (1-4 Stories) Award at the 2021 NAIOP Awards of Excellence.
Juniper Apartments
Juniper Apartments is a 148-unit, 262,349-square-foot multifamily development coming to Minnetrista, MN. Doran is developing, designing, and constructing the project off Highway 7 and Kings Point Road. Whitecap Management will manage the project, which is set to open in Summer 2024.
The Laker
The Laker is a 209-unit multifamily development in Minneapolis’s Northeast Arts District, offering studios, alcoves, and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. The building defies conventional apartment living with over 222,000 square feet of beautifully designed indoor and outdoor amenities and living spaces. Finance and Commerce awarded The Laker a Top Project of 2023.
