Doran developed and led the third-party construction and management of a Class-A self-storage facility located 12 miles southwest of downtown Savannah, Georgia. The three-story Extra Space Storage facility spans 115,000 square feet and features nearly 800 units, offering a modern design and climate-controlled storage solutions to serve both residents and businesses. Completed in 2026, the project reflects Doran’s ability to deliver high-quality self-storage facilities that meet the evolving needs of growing communities.
