The Knoll

The Knoll is a 158,058-square-foot student housing project developed by Doran and completed in 2013. It is situated at 1101 University Ave. in Minneapolis, just a short distance from the University of Minnesota campus. The Knoll offers 101 units, including a fully furnished studio and 1, 2, and 4-bedroom apartments. The building has many amenities, such as a spectacular outdoor rooftop entertainment and relaxation area, a yoga studio, a fitness center, a game room, a club room, study lounges, tanning booths, a business center, and more.
