Wallin Street Self Storage

Just 3.9 miles from downtown Savannah, Doran is developing Wallin Street Self Storage, a three-story, climate-controlled facility on a two-acre site. Spanning 113,000 square feet, Wallin Street will offer approximately 760 storage units and will be managed by CubeSmart.

The project will replace an existing 30,000-square-foot commercial building in an established retail corridor near Kroger, Target, and Home Depot. Wallin Street will serve customers throughout downtown Savannah, Thunderbolt, and the Tybee Island area.

Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in November 2027.
