United Heroes League Sports Complex

Doran Special Projects was selected as the General Contractor for the multiphase ground-up construction of the United Heroes League Sports Complex and outdoor athletic fields in Hastings, MN. Beginning in 2024, DSP will construct The Warming House, a 7,000-square-foot, two-story building adjacent to the outdoor Scheels Rink at Traditions Veterans Complex, which will have locker rooms, restrooms, Zamboni/equipment rooms, and meeting space. In 2025, DSP will assist in constructing an outdoor football field and soccer field on campus. The final phase will begin in the Summer of 2026 when DSP will build an 80,000-square-foot facility with a full-scale NHL-size indoor rink, basketball court, turf field, batting cages, a bigger warehouse/distribution space, office space, and more.
