The Village at Arbor Lakes is a stunning 31,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail development located at the bustling intersection of Hemlock Lane and Elm Creek Boulevard in Maple Grove. Completed in 2017, The Village was developed, designed and constructed by Doran. The Village is home to various tenants, including a grocery store, a coffee shop, a pharmacy, a bank, and several small retail shops. It is situated just outside The Reserve’s gate, an 872,846-square-foot gated luxury apartment complex developed by Doran in 2021. The tenants at The Village of Arbor Lakes include a Crisp & Green restaurant, an AT&T store, a Tide-brand dry cleaner, and a Wings Credit Union. Currently, a Wahlburgers restaurant is under construction.
