The PARC

Doran Companies served as the general contractor for The PARC, an 8,000-square-foot fitness and recovery destination located within the National Sports Village in Blaine, Minnesota. Completed in September 2025, this second-floor tenant improvement transformed an open shell space into a fully realized wellness hub designed to support performance, recovery, and connection for individuals and families alike.

The PARC offers a dynamic blend of training and wellness amenities tailored to athletes and active individuals of all ages. The facility includes saunas, cold plunges, cardio and strength training zones, a dedicated group fitness room, private offices, locker rooms, and an executive lounge. The space was intentionally designed to provide a clean, calming environment that encourages movement, rest, and holistic well-being.

This project highlights Doran Special Projects’ ability to deliver high-quality interior build-outs under tight timelines, turning vision into reality in just three months.
