The Laker

The Laker is a 209-unit multifamily project in the burgeoning Northeast Arts District, offering studios, alcoves, and 1, 2 and 3-bedroom layouts. Doran developed, designed and constructed the development in partnership with Perkins Levin to deliver an amenity-rich community unique to its submarket in Northeast Minneapolis. The building defies conventional apartment living with over 222,000 square feet of beautifully designed indoor and outdoor amenities, sleek and stylish living spaces, and a vast array of decadent details to delight in. Managed by Whitecap Management, The Laker opened in Fall 2023.
