The Hollows

Located just outside Downtown Saint Paul in the Swede Hollow neighborhood, The Hollows is an $18.4 million multi-family development bringing 62 homes to the Greater Eastside. The Hollows is one of the first new construction multi-family projects in Ward 7, developed by JO Companies in partnership with Doran Construction and Doran Architecture.
