Sleep Number

This Sleep Number project in the Village at Arbor Lakes development was a ground-up construction by Doran Special Projects designed to replace a store in a neighboring multi-tenant retail center. The prominent location on Elm Creek Boulevard is highly visible from across streets in a heavily traveled retail, dining, and multi-family environment. The 4,000-square-foot stand-alone store with drive-up parking, spacious display areas, and natural and direct lighting is consistent with Sleep Number’s single-purpose destination customer base. It reflects an urban retro, contemporary aesthetic that compliments Sleep Number branding.
