Silva on the River Apartments

Silva on the River is a 183-unit, 233,215-square-foot multifamily development currently under construction along the Mississippi River in Minneapolis’ Sheridan neighborhood. The project will bring new apartment homes and ground-floor commercial space to Northeast Minneapolis.
The community will feature an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, clubroom, theater room, coworking spaces, and dedicated bicycle storage for up to 83 bikes, plus a repair station. Residents will also enjoy views of the Mississippi River and Downtown Minneapolis, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, parks, and trails.

Doran Companies is the general contractor, with Whitecap Management overseeing property operations upon completion.
