Seven Points

In collaboration with Northpond Partners, Doran is reimaging the redevelopment of Seven Points, Uptown’s most prominent retail center on the corner of Hennepin Avenue and West 31st Street. The redevelopment project will add 272 residential housing units with an additional 10,950 square feet of commercial space. Featured amenities include a game room, coworking spaces, a clubroom, a pool, a spa, and a fitness center. As a part of the project, updates will also be made to the interior and the streetscape surrounding Seven Points. The 332,890-square-foot redevelopment project is expected to reach completion in 2025.
