Savannah Self Storage

Doran is developing and leading the third-party construction and management of a premier Class-A self-storage facility located 12 miles southwest of downtown Savannah, Georgia. The three-story facility will consist of 115,000 square feet and feature nearly 800 units, offering a state-of-the-art design and climate-controlled storage solutions to meet the needs of residents and businesses. Construction is currently underway, and completion is anticipated in Summer 2025. This project reflects Doran’s commitment to delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed self-storage facilities that enhance the communities they serve.
