Satori Boutique Apartments

Doran Special Projects served as the General Contractor for Satori Boutique Apartments, which is the initial phase of the Satori Village development located in North Minneapolis. The wood frame building design features 112 units over 5 stories, with many of them offering views of the downtown skyline. Additionally, there are 3,300 square feet of street-level retail and commercial space and 82 parking stalls below ground. The complex includes 30 alcoves (studio), 46 one-bedroom, and 36 two-bedroom apartments, alongside several amenities such as a sundeck, fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor grilling areas. To furnish and decorate the building’s common areas and model units, Satori Apartments entrusted Doran Interiors.
