Rita’s House

In 2023, Whitecap Management’s portfolio expanded to include Rita’s House, a 12-unit, intentional living community at 2200 Emerson Ave S in Minneapolis, MN. Founded in 2018 by The Bridge for Youth non-profit organization, Rita’s House provides affordable rental housing to youth ages 18-21 who are homeless, in need of safe housing or extra time before reconnecting with family or transitioning to an alternative living space. At Whitecap, we are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for the young residents of Rita’s house, to help them grow into productive adults.
