Rex 26

Designed by Doran Architecture and constructed by Doran Construction, Rex 26 Apartments is a mixed-use project poised on the former Rex Hardware site in the Whittier Neighborhood of Minneapolis. The building displays 83 units, offering one- and two-bedroom floorplans and penthouses. Rex 26 sits above a 20,000-square-foot retail space occupied by Aldi, an Essen, Germany-based discount grocer. The building comprises three levels of underground parking to accommodate residents and shoppers. Rex 26 was completed in 2019 and offers residents a uniquely urban living right at Lyndale and 26th.
