Residence Inn – SpringHill Suites

Doran was the General Contractor for the Residence Inn SpringHill Suites project located at the Northeast corner of Hemlock Parkway and Elm Creek Parkway in Maple Grove, MN. SpringHill Suites is a part of the mixed-use project, The Village at Arbor Lakes, developed by Doran. The four-story SpringHill Suites offers 84 guest-room units, while the Residence Inn next door features 96 rooms within another four-story tower. The two structures are connected by a single-story shared public space that includes an indoor pool, exercise room, dining area, meeting room, and outdoor patio. The project, which spans 126,044 square feet, was completed in 2019.
