Parkway 25 is a 198,920-square-foot Doran-constructed luxury multifamily community located along Highway 7 in St. Louis Park, with 112 units ranging from first-floor walkouts to top-floor penthouse-style units. Building amenities include a clubroom, an outdoor pool deck, a fitness center, and a Zen courtyard. Exterior materials include stone for the monumental corners, cedar longboard for warm accent features, and brown tones of ACM panels. Elongated balconies provide residents with views and private outdoor relaxation space. Parkway 25 was completed in 2018 and achieved a LEED rating.
