Orchard Path

Orchard Path is a “continuum of care” housing complex from the Presbyterian Homes & Services complex in Apple Valley, MN. Completed in 2018, it offers 193 units, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartment homes. Doran Construction served as the General Contractor on the project and completed a 60-unit addition in 2022. The community offers 115 senior apartments, 58 assisted living apartments, and 20 memory care apartments. The Town Center, attached to the complex, has a grand two-story foyer and is the community’s focal point. It has a salon, bistro, chapel, game lounge, library, movie theater, performing arts center, and banquet room. Residents can also take advantage of underground heated parking. Orchard Path is located on a 13-acre site on the western shore of Cobblestone Lake and adjacent to Cobblestone Park.
