Located in South Denver’s tech-savvy suburban Centennial near the Denver Tech Center, Lyra Apartments is a 215-unit apartment community at 9641 East Geddes Avenue. Lyra was designed by Doran Architecture in partnership with developer and property management company The Doran Group. The multifamily building offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 600 to 1,800 square feet. Community amenities at Lyra include a clubroom, business center, fitness center with a group fitness room, game room with a sports simulator, a dog park and spa, grilling stations and fire pits. Additionally, the property features fully enclosed, heated parking for residents. According to The Doran Group, Lyra Apartments reached 95% stabilization within a few months of its opening.
