Delivered in 2026, the Lake Johanna Fire Department’s new 57,034-square-foot fire station in Arden Hills, Minnesota, is a ground-up project featuring two apparatus bays, administrative offices, sleeping quarters, wellness facilities, and a dedicated hose and training tower.

Doran Special Projects served as the general contractor for the new Lake Johanna Fire Department headquarters in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Completed in June 2026, the 57,034-square-foot, two-story facility sits on a 3.7-acre site and replaces the department’s former Station 4 on Victoria Street in Shoreview.

The new headquarters features two apparatus bays, administrative offices, sleeping quarters, a kitchen, a health and wellness room, and a dedicated hose and training tower. Built to support daily operations, emergency response, and firefighter training, the facility serves as a central hub for the department’s fire, EMS, and rescue services across Arden Hills, North Oaks, and Shoreview, serving approximately 42,000 residents.
