Juniper Apartments is a 148-unit and 262,349-square-foot multifamily development in Minnestrista, MN, offering a collection of alcoves and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments with dens. Residents can enjoy an upscale amenity package, including a premier fitness studio, outdoor amenity deck, entertainment suite, clubroom, dog run, and more. This project signifies Minnetrista’s first multifamily development, a welcome addition to a prosperous and growing rural community. Doran developed, designed, and constructed the project off Highway 7 and Kings Point Road. Completed in 2024, Juniper is managed by Whitecap Management.
