Junction Flats

Junction Flats is a six-story multifamily building on a 1.37-acre site located on Fifth Street in Minneapolis, just north of Target Field and near the Interchange transit hub. The building boasts 182 units consisting of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom and live/work units. Residential unit amenities include nine-foot ceilings, balconies/patios, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, covered heated parking, an outdoor bar and grill, an on-site art gallery, a four-season clubroom, a top-level sky lounge with a sky deck, a coffee lounge, a fitness center, a Yoga and spin studio, a guest suite, and a dog run and dog spa. Doran Construction served as the project’s general contractor and completed Junction Flats in 2014.
