Jordan Cold Storage

Jordan Cold Storage is a 232,000-square-foot build-to-suit refrigerated warehouse development located near the southeast corner of 190th Street and Beaumont Avenue in Jordan, Minnesota. Developed by Inland Development Partners, the project marks the largest industrial development to date for both IDP and Doran Special Projects, with DSP serving as the general contractor.

Situated on a 28.4-acre site, the structural steel facility is designed to support regional food distribution operations through refrigerated and frozen cold storage capabilities. The development includes approximately 12,600 square feet of office space, multiple loading docks, trailer parking, secure gated entry, and advanced mechanical and electrical systems to support daily operations and long-term efficiency.

Targeting LEED certification, the facility is being designed with sustainability and operational performance in mind. Once complete, the project will expand the region’s industrial capacity and create new employment opportunities within Jordan’s growing industrial corridor. Construction is currently underway and expected to be completed in summer 2027.
