DSP worked with Hazelwood Food & Drink in Tonka Bay, MN, on a 10,500-square-foot tenant improvement that features beautiful new décor, rich colors, tile, new flooring, a new lower level, a wood-burning rotisserie and pizza oven, and a separate bar. ⁠Completed in 2021 and realized through DSP’s exceptional process, the successful remodel and expansion carry the local hot spot into more memorable years.
