Flint Apartments is the second phase of a two-building multifamily development located alongside Rone Apartments in Plymouth, Minnesota. The 261,331-square-foot, six-story community will include 176 affordable housing units with a mix of studio, alcove, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
