Doran Construction was chosen by Sherman & Associates as the General Contractor for Encore Apartments, their 123-unit luxury apartment development in the Mill District of downtown Minneapolis. The 246,371 square-foot post-tension concrete structure includes exhilarating views of the Mississippi Riverbank and three levels of underground parking. Completed in 2016, Encore offers multilevel townhomes with private access and expansive penthouse homes overlooking the Mississippi River and the downtown skyline.
