Caretta Maplewood Assisted Living & Memory Care

Doran Construction was selected as the general contractor for Caretta Maplewood Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 61,148-square-foot two-story assisted living and memory care community on the vacant land at 1910 County Road C East. Designed by Doran Architecture, the building will comprise 72 units: 46 assisted living and 26 memory care. Of the 46 assisted living units, 23 will be one-bedroom units, and 23 will be two-bedroom units. Generous common spaces will include dining for assisted living and memory care, a club room, a salon, an activity room, and outdoor spaces for memory care and assisted living. The exterior of the building will be a combination of cementitious siding, stone, and glass. A combination of lap and shingle style siding will contribute to textural variety on the building façade. The design of the building recalls contextual agrarian architecture with simple forms, materials and colors. Caretta Maplewood will open in Summer 2024.
