Caretta Assisted Living & Memory Care

Doran Construction was selected as the general contractor for Caretta Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 63,000-square-foot three-story assisted living and memory care community off of I-94 and US-53 in the vibrant Chippewa Valley region of Eau Claire, WI. Designed by Doran Architecture, the building will comprise 73 units: 47 assisted living and 26 memory care. The assisted living apartments will be a mix of one and two-bedroom sizes. Generous common spaces will include dining rooms, a clubroom, a salon library, activity spaces, and outdoor spaces for memory care and assisted living. Caretta Eau Claire will open in Summer 2024.
