Cardinal Point Apartments

Doran Special Projects completed a two-phase renovation at Cardinal Point Apartments in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Phase one involved repairs to the indoor pool, which had shifted out of place after being drained for maintenance due to changes in the ground underneath. DSP replaced the surrounding concrete and repaired the pool structure and systems.

Phase two included the removal and infill of the exterior pool to create a new amenity patio. DSP also completed light renovations to the adjacent community room.

This project demonstrates DSP’s ability to navigate unexpected structural challenges and deliver practical amenity improvements for residents.
