BlueStone Lofts

Doran Construction served as general contractor of Bluestone Lofts, a 184,000-square-foot student housing project within the BlueStone Commons Development, a 27-acre mixed-use residential and retail development along the east side of Woodland Avenue in a residential area near the University of Minnesota Duluth campus. Bluestone Loft’s 99-unit count boasts a mix of one-, two-, and four-bedroom units, including 9-foot ceilings, oversized windows, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, and more. Doran Construction completed Bluestone Lofts in 2013 and served as general contractor to Vue at Bluestone and Bluestone Flats, two residential projects located in the BlueStone development.
