Bluestone Flats

Doran Construction served as general contractor of Bluestone Flats, a 142-multifamily project within the BlueStone Commons Development, a 27-acre mixed-use residential and retail development along the east side of Woodland Avenue in a residential area near the University of Minnesota Duluth campus.

Bluestone Flats boasts a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom units that include balconies, six-foot windows, granite countertops, custom wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring and pendant lighting.

Doran Construction completed Bluestone Flats in 2016 and served as general contractor to Vue at Bluestone and Bluestone Lofts, two residential projects located in the BlueStone development.
