Ascent is a 467,000-square-foot mixed-use development developed by Sherman Associates and constructed by Doran Companies. Located in Westminster, CO, Ascent is a five-story development with 255 residential units, controlled-access tempered and open-air parking, and approximately 24,000 square feet of retail space. Residential units include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, IOTAS smart home technology, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Building amenities include a club room with an entertaining kitchen, fitness and yoga studio, sports simulator, two courtyards, pool and Jacuzzis, dog run and dog wash, residential storage, conference room, electric vehicle charging stations, and more.

Completed in 2019, Ascent achieved LEED® Silver certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions in areas including sustainable site development, water conservation, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.
