Whitecap Management has expanded its third-party portfolio to include Altus Apartments, an 85-unit affordable housing community located at 2530 Gracie Drive in Baldwin, Wisconsin. The project will help address the growing need for attainable housing options within the Baldwin area.

Located near Interstate 94 and adjacent to local retail and dining destinations, Altus Apartments will offer a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes designed for comfort, accessibility, and modern living. Amenities will include a fitness room, community center, Wi-Fi-enabled coworking spaces, outdoor grill stations, and a fire pit gathering area.
