Altitude Residences

Altitude Residences, located near Highway 169 and Cedar Lake Road in Minnetonka, MN, is a five-story and 104,991 square-foot luxury multifamily community designed by Doran Architecture and built by Doran Construction in partnership with developer CSM Corporation. The building offers 77 units ranging in size from one and two-bedroom units with private balconies. Building amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, electric car charging stations, an entertainment suite, an animal spa and more. Altitude offers residents convenient access to Interstate 394, Highway 62 and the forthcoming Southwest Light Rail Transit (LRT) line. The project was completed in 2019.
