Vue at Bluestone

Positioned in the Bluestone Community in Duluth, Minnesota, Vue at Bluestone is the largest and final addition to the BlueStone Commons Development, a 27-acre mixed-use residential and retail development along the east side of Woodland Avenue in a residential area near the University of Minnesota Duluth campus.
Doran served as general contractor on the expansive 26,8623 square foot mixed use project, displaying 194 units ranging in size from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a co-working space, great room, golf simulator, fitness room and pool — but the crown jewel is the sky lounge and patio deck that overlook Lake Superior.

Doran Construction completed Vue at Bluestone in 2021, following the completion of Bluestone Flats in 2016 and Bluestone Lofts in 2013, two residential projects located in the BlueStone development. Vue at Bluestone was named a Top Project of 2021 by Finance & Commerce.
