This 11-story post-tension concrete building is situated at 930 University Ave SE, near the University of Minnesota’s Minneapolis campus. The building offers a wide range of amenities, including a 2-story fitness center, designated study areas, a community room, a sky lounge, a movie theater, a rooftop deck, and more.
