Graves Condos

Graves Condos is a nine-unit, six-story luxury condominium project built on the northeast quadrant of Holmes Avenue and West 31st Street in Uptown Minneapolis. The 40,000-square-foot building offers one penthouse and eight other owner-occupied condos with an average of 2,500 square feet per unit. The ground floor features a residential entry lobby, fitness and club room, and over 1,000 square feet of retail space. Doran Construction served as general contractor on the mixed-use project and completed construction in 2017.
