Doran Receives Three Real Estate Awards from the Minnesota Real Estate Journal

BLOOMINGTON (April 18, 2024) —
Doran brought home three awards from the Real Estate Awards hosted by the Minnesota Real Estate Journal! The Real Estate Awards celebrates the achievements, successes, and highlights from all sectors of Minnesota’s commercial real estate industry. Doran took home awards for General Contractor of the Year and Interior Design of a Suburban Multifamily for Alcott Apartments in Minnetonka, MN.

Congratulations to Erin Young, Vice President of Interior Architecture, for winning Architect of the Year! In 2023, Erin’s role expanded to include signing architects for all projects, accumulating additional architectural licenses for out-of-state work, and adding Senior Living as a new project type. Her significant accomplishments last year included overseeing the completion of Alcott, a 350-unit multifamily development in Minnetonka, and The Laker, a 209-unit multifamily development in Northeast Minneapolis. Additional third-party work included Satori Boutique and Arris Blaine.

Doran was a finalist in several categories, including Developer of the Year and Property Management Company of the Year. Sunny (Sonja) Beddow’s nomination for Real Estate Lawyer of the Year underscores her remarkable leadership and contributions. Doran properties, The Laker and Alcott, garnered well-deserved nominations in their respective regional categories.
