Sunny Beddow is a highly respected Senior Counsel at Doran Companies. With over 7 years of experience in real estate, Sunny’s legal expertise is crucial to the smooth execution of all business transactions at Doran. Her practice areas include property acquisition, land use, leasing, corporate contracts, and corporate governance. Sunny is known for her meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate complex legal issues with ease. As the sole in-house attorney, she is a resource for the entire company.

Sunny graduated summa cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in 2012. Sunny is currently the Treasurer of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Foundation Board of Directors, where she has dedicated close to a decade of service, volunteer work, and mentorship. In recognition of her outstanding pro bono service, she received The Hennepin County Bar Association’s Excellence Award in 2021. She currently provides pro bono service through the Children’s Law Center, where she represents children in foster care.
