Sara Messerli is the Director of Human Resources at Doran Companies and a dedicated advocate for promoting inclusivity in educational and workplace environments. She has more than 15 years of diverse experience in human resources, leading talent management, workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee development, and engagement. Sara also has extensive hands-on experience in leading HR initiatives and policies.

Named the “2023 Champion of the Year” by Best Buddies Minnesota, Sara’s “can-do” service-minded attitude inspires everyone she meets. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Metropolitan State and a Master of Organizational Leadership from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul.
