Jacquel Hajder is the Vice President at Doran Companies, with over 11 years of experience in real estate and economic development. In her role, she oversees Doran’s local multifamily project development portfolio and the land development/build-for-rent portfolio in the Carolinas, managing three sites ranging from 100 to nearly 300 acres. Her responsibilities include land acquisition, entitlements, design development, construction oversight, and fostering key relationships with consultants, design firms, builders, partners, investors, and financial/legal institutions.

Jacquel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of St. Thomas and is a Silver Flight Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Her recent achievements include the successful turnover of Vale Apartments, a 198-unit apartment project in Minnetonka, as well as securing entitlements and partial financing for three new multifamily developments in the Minneapolis market. She also oversaw substantial completion of a 98-acre land development site in Asheville, NC, where 133 build-for-rent townhomes are now underway, and managed the sale of a 200-acre shovel-ready single-family development site in Raleigh, NC.
