Dave Huber is the Vice President of Doran Special Projects with over 23 years of industry experience in commercial and residential real estate. He excels in business development and client relationship management, guiding projects from preconstruction and estimating to successful field operations. Dave ensures that every project meets client expectations and achieves financial success.

Before joining Doran, Dave was the Director of Housing Development at Alatus LLC, overseeing significant projects. He also served as Project Director & Business Development at Streeter Companies and Director of Construction Services at Gittleman Construction.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a licensed Residential Contractor in Minnesota
